Groene Hub

The Groene Hub is a pioneer in social innovation using inner development goals and the sustainable development goals resulting in a lasting shift towards a just technological, social and democratic transition.

In September 2020, cooperative Groene Hub was established in Gaasperdam (Amsterdam Southeast), as an active learning and doing community of social and sustainable frontrunners who want to work together on bringing a healthy (profitable) neighbourhood to life. We do this by giving a practical translation to Kate Raworth’s Doughnut Economics. In this way, we solve practical sustainable (social, economic and ecological) issues, through the creation of multiple values.
