VvE Geerdinkhof Energy Transition Support

The Energy Commission of the VvE, requested CoForce for support regarding opportunities in Geerdinkhof, EC Berend Fraenkel (retired construction physisist) supports the VvE on quests to create collective benifits and choices the VvE should make regarding insulation and construction aspects, collective renewables (PV) and heat systems.

Geerdinkhof is a low rise neighborhood of private owners. Achieving collective commitment because of the association need for collective approval is a lengty process within the voluntaire character. The increased energy prices brought some speed in the process of the decision making.
